today, especially in China, as we all know, the population of netizens of China ranked number 2 in the world. The administration should do everything they can to stop cyber related crime. This should include positive publicity aiming to direct students and adults on how to properly deal with relationship in cyber space, and raising the penalties for those who are found guilty of this kind of crime, after all, Internet is controlling the world to a great extent, and the Y-generation just could not survive without access to Internet.
